Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Sofamann Sdn. Bhd. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we are here to assist you with any returns or exchanges. Please review the following guidelines related to our Return & Exchanges policy:
      1. Return Eligibility:
        • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the purchased item(s).
        • The item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging, in good condition.
        • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
     
      1. Return Process:
        • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service through WhatsApp at +60143673723.
        • You must share pictures of the defected or wrongly delivered items with Customer Service within 2 days of receiving the order.
        • Once the return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
        • We recommend using a registered post service and keeping a record of the tracking details.
     
      1. Exchanges:
        • Exchanges are only allowed for defective items (e.g., broken pump) or if the wrong order is received.
        • The items for exchange will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they are in good condition.
        • Only regular priced items are eligible for exchange; sale items cannot be exchanged.
     
      1. Refunds:
        • Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping and return label cost.
        • Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
        • Once the returned items have been verified to meet the return conditions, we will process your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
        • We are unable to refund initial shipping charges for non-faulty items.
     
      1. Return Address:
        • Please contact our Customer Service for the return address details.
     
      1. Refund Processing Time:
        • Our team will review all return issues as quickly as possible, usually within 1 week.
        • Please allow additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
     
    1. Non-Refundable Items:
      • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that do not meet the specified return conditions.
